On behalf of the Aboriginal Nations Education Department (ANED) and the Learning Team,
You are invited to attend a 3 session series that will focus on connections between Indigenous Education and Secondary Science.
Session Information
Session 1: Walking in Two Worlds: Complimentary Perspectives, First Peoples Principles of Learning, and Learning in Place – Monday, November 5th – Songhees Wellness Centre – 9:00am-3:00pm (Lunch provided)
Session 2: Bridging Cultures: Indigenous Knowledge & Western Science in the New Curriculum – Monday, December 3rd – Location TBA
Session 3: Making Connections: Collaborative Unit Planning and Development – Tuesday, February 12th – Location TBA
